Job TitleLocation: Onsite in Ontario, CARequired Skills- Bachelor’s degree in relevant major such as Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information systems, etc.- 5+ years IT experience in the field of VOIP/ IP telephony.- 5+ years experience in Cisco UC Manager / Call Manager (CUCM).- 5+ years experience in Cisco Unity / Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).- 3+ Cisco IM & Presence Server (IM&P) / Cisco Jabber.- 3+ years experience in Cisco Contact Center UCCX or UCCE.- 3+ years experience with Cisco Webex Cloud technology WxC and WxCC.- Experience with Calabrio Call recording.- Experience with Voice IOS Gateways with H.323, MGCP.- Experience with Cisco Emergency Responder (CER) and Cisco Expressway.- Experience with Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE) and SIP Trunking.- Familiar with LAN/WAN technologies and IP Addressing.- Understanding of Windows Server and VMWare Administration.Willingness to commute to various Remote sites to Rack and stack, install Network Equipment for IT M&A Projects, Integration, AppTracking, SecureShield and various IT initiatives.CCNP Voice.
