You will play a crucial role in supporting the INSCOM mission.Install, configure, and maintain customer network infrastructure and security stack as part of a global enterprise.Troubleshoot networking and security protocols/technologies, including switching, routing, and security (e.g., Layer 4-7, firewall, Site-to-Site VPN, DMVPN, etc) to resolve problems on the customer information system.Analyze, plan, and implement access control lists (ACL), firewall policies, and other logical security controls in a multi-vendor security stack.Provide expert-level (Tier 3) network security engineering support for INSCOM activities in the National Capital Area.Collaborate with teams of various technical discipline to solve enterprise IT problems from a holistic perspective.Configure load balancing and authentication policies on F5 BIG-IP to support web application hosting.What you'll need to succeedEducation: Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of experience or Master's Degree with 10 years of experienceRequired Skillset: Excellent attention to detailExcellent communications skills and ability to interact with both clients and teammatesExperience with configuring, integrating, and troubleshooting security appliances in a multi-vendor federal enterprise environmentExperience with the behavior of routing protocols in Next Generation FirewallsExperience with Network Automation tools, scripting languages, or Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g.
