You will be supporting enterprise networking, security, systems, and end-user technology. Required Networking Skills:
- 5+ years of IT support, systems administration, or network infrastructure experience
- Strong Windows, Active Directory/Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 skills
- Experience with switches, firewalls, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and wireless
- Networking/security experience with Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Aruba, Ruckus, or Juniper
- Experience with endpoint management, patching, and security
- PowerShell or Python automation experience a plus
- CCNA, CCNP, PCNSE, MD-102, or SC-200 certifications preferred
