The successful candidate will join a global team of Network and Telephony staff that provide and manage infrastructure in Europe, Asia and the U.S. Local and Wide Area Network Services for both IP and Fibre-Channel environments.

CCNA to CCNP Level.Advanced troubleshooting skillsMeeting goals and objectives, managing and tracking activities/tasksUnderstanding service concepts, service engineering and service deliveryAssists in defining the support plans for our global voice, data, video and wireless networks and helps establish the policies, standards, procedures and methods to achieve same.Technical Knowledge and Skills:Networking and Communications: Good understanding of the interaction between networks, e.g.
Topological design, IP Addressing, Routing protocols.Telecommunications Protocols: Proficient in the operation of networking components. Key Protocols: TCP, UDP, ICMP, SNMP, OSPF, BGP.Operational/Service Architecture: Good familiarity with the IT infrastructure (hardware, databases, operating systems etc.), IT applications and change management processes used within the firm.Requirements:Education and Experience Degree in computer science with an emphasis on technical IT2-3 years' experience in voice, data, video and wireless network infrastructures and services in a complex corporate environment.Has extensive knowledge, both theoretical and practical, of a wide range of communications systems, networks, and software, hardware and carrier services.
