Job Description:
- Manage and support enterprise LAN WAN WLAN and SDWAN environments
- Configure troubleshoot and optimize Cisco routers switches wireless controllers and security devices
- Monitor network performance and proactively resolve connectivity latency and availability issues
- Perform incident management problem management and root cause analysis RCA
- Execute network changes upgrades and maintenance activities
- Support firewall load balancer NAC ISE and remote access solutions
- Work closely with server cloud and security teams to resolve infrastructure issues
- Maintain network documentation topology diagrams and operational runbooks
- Participate in oncall support and major incident troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and security policies
