Network EngineerLocation: Olathe, KS (Onsite)Duration: FulltimeJob Description:Strong hands-on and troubleshooting experience on Cisco ACI, SDA Fabric, DNACStrong hands-on Routing (Cisco OSPF, BGP) and Switching (Cisco Nexus, and Stack switches)Experience in investigating and troubleshooting Wireless (Cisco WLC) issuesStrong hands-on skills in deploying and managing Palo Alto Firewalls, troubleshooting connectivity issues via firewalls, should be able to add/remove firewalls and manage firewalls from Panorama.Roles and Responsibilities:Troubleshooting the Level 3 and advanced network issues and performing call backs ensuring issues are resolved & appropriate solution is provided to the customer.Responsible for investigating causes, tests solutions & suggest solutions in place to reduce the time taken to resolve the network-related tickets.Manage new and existing equipment, hardware, and network device software upgrades.Understanding Network supports priorities and objectives and takes an active role in accomplishing them.Help level 1 & level 2 resources to address Network related issues.Strong understanding of network routing and switching protocols required.Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner.Resourceful, with the ability to work independently.Strong time management skills and attention to detail.Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.
