Please share your resume with current location and full contact info.Location: New Jersey (Day 1 Onsite)Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Engineer. This individual will play a key role in supporting and maintaining the organization's network infrastructure, with a focus on Cisco, Fortinet, F5, Checkpoint and wireless technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in network deployments, particularly for acquisitions, and be capable of independently managing firewall configurations and network setups.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, deployment, and support of LAN/WAN infrastructure. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco routers and switches, Fortinet firewalls, and F5 load balancers. Set up and manage wireless network infrastructure, including site surveys, AP placement, and controller configuration. Support network integration efforts related to company acquisitions, including setup from the ground up. Perform proactive network monitoring, tuning, and reporting. Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations and changes. Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure reliable and secure network services. Provide escalation-level support for critical network incidents. Strong hands-on expertise with:Cisco networking equipment (routers, switches, wireless)Fortinet firewalls (FortiGate, FortiManager)F5 load balancers (LTM, GTM)Enterprise wireless networkingProven experience deploying networks for mergers and acquisitionsSolid understanding of network security, firewall policies, and VPN technologiesAbility to work independently onsite and manage projects with minimal supervisionExcellent troubleshooting and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE) or Fortinet NSE certifications.
