NETWORK Engineer NE1-TS/SCI security clearance required job at Power3 Solutions and Partnering Companies. Annapolis Junction, MD.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy secure, high-performance network solutions
- Keep our LANs running smoothly with hands‑on administration and troubleshooting
- Monitor and optimize data flow to reduce latency and boost throughput
- Capture and analyze network performance data to drive improvements
- Configure and integrate front‑end and back‑end systems for seamless communication
- Collaborate on mission‑driven network designs and architecture
- Translate performance metrics into actionable system requirements
We are looking to hire a Network Engineer Level 1 for a great opportunity in the Annapolis Junction area. TS/SCI with Poly security clearance required.
Requirements
- An active and current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required to be considered. No CCA's will be accepted at this time.
- Experience in classified or mission‑critical environments
- Familiarity with enterprise‑scale architecture and secure communications
- Strong troubleshooting instincts and a proactive mindset
- Comfort working independently and collaboratively under pressure
- Clear, concise documentation and communication skills
- A passion for making networks faster, smarter, and more secure
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience, or no degree and 10+ years of hands‑on Network Engineering experience
- Solid grasp of secure network design, configuration, and maintenance
- Experience with performance monitoring tools and data analysis
- Ability to optimize complex systems for speed and reliability
- IAT Level I certification (DoD ‑M compliant)
