System AdministratorCTC Group is seeking System Administrators for a contingent program to provide support and serve on the Network Administration team including technical support to the Network Administrators and System Administrators, monitoring and maintaining the current infrastructure, improving system performance, and automating system administration. Locations: Annapolis Junction / Ft. MeadeResponsibilitiesDevelop algorithms used in modules or incorporated into models associated with the research and development of technologies and systems.Provide technical support to Network Administrators and System Administrators, monitor and maintain current infrastructure, improve system performance, and automate system administrationProvide input to the design of the organization's network and mission architectureConduct Computer Network Defense Operations, plan and install network upgrades, perform network design, and conduct quality assurance and controlConfigure and maintain the organization's network diagrams and accreditationsIntegrate hardware and software to satisfy ISO 9000 requirements and other DoD/IC regulationsOversee support for all network equipmentSupport the integration of the analytic platform into the CND CDCResolve complex network problems, operate network analyzers, WAN test equipment, and network simulatorsDesign modules representing traditional circuit-switched networksLead large efforts and installation projects with dynamic requirements and scaleDevelop algorithms for models using networking and/or telecommunications technologies and systemsRequirementsActive TS/SCI with polygraph security clearanceLevel 2 QualificationsCertification: Candidate must be a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).Fourteen (14) years of relevant professional experience providing Network Engineering support and training commensurate with network engineering curriculum is required.OR: A Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college or university plus ten (10) years of experience.OR: A Master's degree in Network Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college or university plus eight (8) years of experience.Level 3 QualificationsCertification: An Information Assurance Technical (IAT) level III baseline certification as defined by DoD -M is required.
