Job TitleThe services provided by this position will be to assist in the management and support of Network Access Management Infrastructure Services and Agency Transitions.This infrastructure and transition work includes activities such as keeping agencies and enterprise F5, Cisco and Palo Alto Firewalls, and External DNS services software at current levels, researching and installing new and/or additional hardware/software, scripting and deploying software/application updates to network access management devices, and providing day-to-day problem resolution to technical staff and agency customers.
