To those in need. To the community. To the industry.In This Role You Will:Support a DARPA initiative by deploying and managing DCO capabilities in tactical, austere environments. Must be a US citizen and possess a US passportKey tasks include:Design, configure, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN topologies in field and lab environmentsDeploy and tune DCO sensor platforms (e.g., Zeek, SecurityOnion)Implement and validate SPAN/mirror ports and inline network tapsConduct packet capture analysis and support anomaly detection tuningCollaborate with host entity personnel for network access and integrationKey Requirements:10+ years network engineering experience in production or field conditionsStrong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, MTU, and SFP modulesHands-on experience with Wireshark, tcpdump, and other capture toolsFamiliarity with Linux networking, security architecture, and containersExperience supporting DoD/tactical networks preferredStrong troubleshooting skills under pressure in unfamiliar environmentsMust Haves:Demonstrated proficiency in tactical or mission-critical network deployments/setups. Security Clearance: TS with SCI eligibility required.

Travel Requirements: 8–12 weeks annually, CONUS and OCONUS, sometimes on short notice. Remote work flexibility available outside of mission support windows.
