Network EngineerThis Network Engineer will provide hands-on operational support across a large, distributed network environment. The day-to-day will focus on monitoring network alerts, working tickets and support requests, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and proactively responding to incidents. They'll also configure and deploy routers, switches, access points, communication circuits, and IP phones across stores, corporate locations, and distribution operations.
The engineer will also physically prep and configure network hardware, including bench builds, before equipment is shipped to other locations. They should be comfortable independently handling initial troubleshooting, resolving issues within their scope, and escalating larger incidents when needed.
