This individual will also be responsible for following up with providers undergoing the credentialing process, providing service and education to network physician/providers during the recruitment process, maintenance of the network as required, amongst other duties. This role will require a highly motivated individual with medical surgical recruitment experience, as well as facility contracting experience with excellent negotiations, sales, interpersonal and communication skills and the willingness to work hard to meet goals.Where you will have an impact:Recruits and contracts new vision providers and facilities into Superior Vision and Davis Vision networks according to established goals and prioritiesTakes inbound and makes outbound phone calls to vision providers who have requested information, who have been recruited or who have been nominated by membersNegotiate fee schedules with new and existing vision providers in accordance with corporate goals and standards as required and review for completeness of application materialsObtain and process application materials and credentialing documents as required and review for completenessAssist in other projects as necessaryEducate providers on plan designs, processesBuild and maintain relationships with provider communityWork with provider practices to resolve complaints, claims issues as neededGenerate other ad hoc reports as neededGeneral supervision on completed work and monitoring against established goalsRequires daily use of considerable discretion, judgment and independent problem solvingWork with Director of Medical Network Development identify appropriate recruitment strategiesHave a quiet space conductive to working from homeOther duties as assignedWhat's necessary to do the job?Preferred bachelor's degree.
