Network Contracting Manager

To support strategic payer partnerships, the full-time Manager, Network Contracting will negotiate and manage network participation agreements with health plans while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Negotiate network participation agreements, including new agreements, renewals, and amendments directly with health plans Manage contract lifecycle by tracking deliverables, performing rate analyses, and ensuring compliance with terms Develop and maintain relationships with regional and national payer stakeholders while collaborating with internal teams Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree 8+ years of experience in network contracting or development with health plans or providers Strong understanding of the health plan network participation agreement lifecycle Demonstrated experience navigating complex payer dynamics Exceptional communication skills with a focus on building and maintaining payer relationships
