UC Davis Health is seeking a Network and VoIP Analyst to join the Unified Communications team. You will maintain 24x7x365 voice and data networks, troubleshoot Cisco VoIP, CUCM, UCCX/UCCM, and PBX systems, and coordinate with Security and IT Operations.
This 100% on-site role requires extensive experience with WAN/LAN, SIP, MGCP, QoS, and enterprise PBX architectures. A CCNA is preferred; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected.
