Job Title: Network & Systems Engineer

Addison Group is working with a private investment firm is seeking a Network & Systems Engineer to maintain, secure, and optimize infrastructure across both corporate and client household environments. This role supports on-premises and cloud-based systems and contributes to strategies for network security and cloud operations.
Responsibilities
- Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune MDM.
- Manage network infrastructure (routing, switching, firewalls).
- Support hybrid Active Directory and Exchange environments.
- Monitor system performance and security.
- Provide high-level support to executives and clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors.
- Participate in on-call rotation and occasional client site visits.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and cloud services.
- Strong networking and security knowledge.
- Experience with Nutanix, Palo Alto, and endpoint protection.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Flexible, collaborative, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
