Supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs, the full-time Network and Computer System Administrator will administer, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise infrastructure, including Microsoft Windows Server environments and network systems, while working remotely. Key responsibilities Administer and support Microsoft Windows Server environments, including cloud and on-premises infrastructure Monitor system health and performance using enterprise tools, ensuring high availability of applications and services Collaborate with cybersecurity teams and stakeholders to implement security controls and manage infrastructure enhancements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience 8 to 15 years of experience in administering enterprise Windows server infrastructure and IT operations Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server environments, including Active Directory and virtualization Experience with enterprise monitoring tools such as Dynatrace or Splunk Familiarity with Jira or a comparable Agile development management tool
