Responds to work requests. Monitors eLab network status and troubleshoots problems as required. Assists with installation of new equipment and changes to existing equipment. Acts as first level escalation of all network issues. Works with internal resources and external vendors to resolve outstanding problems and issues. Ensures adequate documentation and records are kept for all systems. Must have hands-on experience installing, configuring and supporting a variety of Cisco LAN/WAN platforms, Cisco firewalls and SSL/VPN, Cisco Wireless and Cisco VoIP.
Experience with DNS/DHCP and routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, BGP and their application in a global company. Must have outstanding troubleshooting skills.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or 7+ years of Network Administration experience.
