Network Administrator – AdvancedWe are seeking an experienced Network Administrator – Advanced to support enterprise network and identity services. This role is part of the Network Operations Center (NOC) team and will focus on deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancement of network infrastructure, including SD-WAN, PKI, and secure authentication services.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport enterprise network and identity initiatives including SD-WAN, PKI, and secure authenticationMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network and connectivity issues across systemsManage and maintain network infrastructure lifecycleConfigure and support switches, wireless access points, and authentication systemsSupport Windows-based systems and mobile device connectivity (Apple devices)Perform network deployments, installations, upgrades, and maintenanceMaintain and update network documentation (diagrams, designs, configurations)Monitor and resolve tickets from the enterprise ticketing systemCollaborate with Network, Security, and IT teams for issue resolutionAssist with testing, validation, and implementation of network solutionsEnsure compliance with IT security policies and standardsProvide regular status updates to project managers and stakeholdersRequired Skills3+ years of experience in enterprise network infrastructure and LAN administration3+ years of experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting switches and wireless access points3+ years of experience with SD-WAN, PKI, and secure authentication services3+ years of experience troubleshooting network connectivity on Windows and mobile devicesExperience creating and maintaining network documentation and diagramsPreferred SkillsIndustry certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) – active or inactiveCisco Networking Academy or similar training
