Salary/Payrate: $75-90K/year (position is non-exempt)

Work Environment: Hybrid (2 of days WFH) after the first several weeks

Job Description

This role combines maintenance and managing of the hybrid cloud/on-premises environment, as well as upgrade planning and future needs of the Firm’s information technology.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for administration, maintenance, and upgrades for 175+ workstations and 160+ users both local and remote. Windows 2019-2022 server environment, Windows 11 laptop environment. Microsoft hybrid cloud admin for Active Directory, Exchange, One Drive, and other cloud apps.
• Supports hardware and software at workstation level. Some server support as needed.
• Assists with identifying and resolving issues.
• Interacts with users, clients and vendors.
• Provides 2nd level and onsite help desk support through escalation process and after-hours requests.
• Completes special assignments/projects as assigned.
• Technical backup for Network Administrators and Chief Information Officer.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Some knowledge of Windows Server (all versions). Microsoft Cloud Administration, Windows 11 Group
• Policy management. Working ability in EntraID, M365 Suite and hybrid Active Directory.
• Project management skills (Asana).
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years systems admin experience, and level 2 Help Desk experience; law firm experience preferred.
• Excellent oral, organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills.
• Conscientious, thorough, accurate, attention to detail, responsive, self motivated, professional.
• Ability to work well with all levels of personnel.
• Able to be on call after hours and weekends.
• All other duties as assigned.
