NetSuite Technical Consultant

Technical ConsultantWe are looking for a Technical Consultant who is excited to build, learn, and solve real business problems. This is a hands-on role working on NetSuite ERP customizations, and integrations. You'll collaborate closely with both technical and functional team members while developing solutions that extend system capabilities and improve how our clients operate.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation and a "builder" mindset.Essential Functions and Primary DutiesWork closely with project teams and clients to support ERP implementations and enhancementsBuild and maintain scripts, customizations, and integrations within ERP systemsTranslate business requirements into technical solutionsTroubleshoot issues and debug scripts, integrations, and workflowsSupport testing efforts (unit testing, UAT, issue resolution)Document technical solutions clearly for both technical and non-technical audiencesContribute to team collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous improvementPreferred QualificationsGreat attitude – positive, curious, and proactiveHighly collaborative – works well on teams and contributes to group successBuilder mentality – enjoys creating, improving, and taking ownership of solutionsProblem solver – naturally curious and motivated to figure things outStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentExperience with NetSuite or another ERP systemExperience with JavaScript and/or SuiteScript (1.0 or 2.x)Exposure to APIs, integrations, or system automationExperience using AI tools in your workflow (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) or helping others leverage themExposure to accounting, finance, or business process conceptsMinimum QualificationsHigh School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred3 years of experience in related fieldAchieve professional certifications relative to area of expertise, must have and preserve required licensesMust be able to work in a team environmentCompetence in presentation to effectively communicate information to diverse audience using visual aids, verbal delivery and engaging presentation techniques.Proficient use of applicable technologyDemonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing within all levels of an organization, both internally and externallyMust be able to travel based on client and business needAbout UsCBIZ, Inc.
