Delivering high-quality NetSuite support and optimization services, the full-time remote NetSuite Support Consultant will manage support tickets, implement configuration improvements, and ensure excellent client experiences across financial and operational modules. Key responsibilities Manage and resolve support tickets throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely communication with clients Support the optimization lifecycle, including scoping, configuration, testing, and implementation of NetSuite enhancements Collaborate with internal teams to meet client objectives and contribute to continuous service delivery improvement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field NetSuite Suite Foundation, Administrator, or ERP Consultant Certification preferred, or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience with NetSuite, including support, configuration, or implementation Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes (GL, AR, AP, financial reporting) Must be based in the Philippines; this is a fully remote role
