Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with Oracle NetSuite.
- Experience in application support and development.
- Expertise in workflows and functional areas and designing the project.
Responsibilities
- Develop scripts and workflows to enhance NetSuite functionality and automate business processes.
- Assist in troubleshooting, identifying root causes, and driving resolutions for NetSuite issues as needed.
- Create, maintain, and optimize existing NetSuite customizations using Suite Script, Suite Commerce, Suite Talk, and Suite Flow.
- Review all configuration changes and manage production releases to ensure the highest quality of code deployment and security.
- Integrate, support, and maintain third party software connections to NetSuite using web services, REST APIs, and other methods.
- Support end user requests for new saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Provide internal, ongoing system/technical support to NetSuite users including training.
- Monitor and administer account management, roles and access, profile creation, security administration, etc.
