This role works across functional areas to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests, ensuring all changes are properly validated before deployment.Key Responsibilities:Interact with functional areas across the PEO SOFSA enterprise to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests for products, systems, components, or modificationsDevelop detailed test cases for applications in support of change and configuration managementDocument all aspects of testing within the PEO SOFSA system of record for Change Management to support management decisions and Government approvalIdentify functional problems and suggest resolutionsAssist in the definition of internal quality control standards and the maintenance of reliability programsAnalyze test cases and provide regular progress reportsSupport SMEs in the testing of operating systems, hardware, software, and developed applicationsDrive continual process improvement initiatives across test operationsRequired Qualifications:3–5 years of experience as a test engineer for a network(s) of similar size, infrastructure, and complexityExperience performing testing across enterprise IT environments including applications, hardware, and softwareFamiliarity with change and configuration management processes and systems of recordStrong written and verbal communication skills for progress reporting and documentationCertification Requirements:ITIL Practitioner Release and Control, ORSystem Testing and Evaluation Specialist (DoD 8140 DCWF Work Role 671) — Intermediate Qualification Level, ORSoftware Test & Evaluation Specialist (DoD 8140 DCWF Work Role 673) — Intermediate Qualification LevelTravel:Minimal; primarily on-site at Lexington, KYNetSEA Technologies, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
