Development Of New And Existing FunctionalitiesThis scope of work is for the development of new and existing functionalities required to support the State Agency's Collection System, .Net, database, analysis, design, and development initiatives.The contractor assigned to this agreement must possess, at minimum, the following qualifications:4.1. .NET Related Experience8 years of experience with the following technologies and products: object-oriented and object-relational design and development, web technologies, MVC, React, Angular, Blazor, Razor, Bootstrap, HTML5, XML, MS SQL, Microsoft.Net (VB.Net, C#.Net, ASP.Net), and MS Visual Studio 2019.8 years of experience with modifying, developing, designing, and maintaining.NET applications to meet design and change specifications.8 years of experience with MS versioning tool.8 years of experience with creating and maintaining technical documentation for all development tasks.4.2. MS SQL Related Experience7 years of experience with MS SQL products inclusive of MS SQL 2019.7 years of experience as an MS SQL data modeler inclusive of data design/modeling, monitoring, and performance tuning.7 years of experience with SQL programming inclusive of stored procedures, functions, and triggers, etc.7 years of experience with SQL relational databases, OLTP and DSS, serving in high performance, service-oriented, multi-tiered environments.7 years of experience with configuration management for SQL database objects.Contractor Responsibilities:5.1.
SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:Modify, develop, design, and maintain.NET applications daily;Design and modify model objects (tables, views, indexes) daily;Develop ad-hoc queries on MS SQL databases daily;Provide analytical services for system incidents and enhancements daily;Process defect tickets to correct system errors within two business days;Process release tickets to manage user requirements within the timeframe directed by the specific ticket request. The response (due) date of tickets assigned will range from one hour to more than one week;Process change tickets to implement system changes on a weekly basis;Provide analytical services on systems to implement user-defined requirements, daily;Provide analytical services on systems to identify operational efficiencies, daily;Facilitate collecting system requirements with the business program staff, daily;Document system technical objects, business requirements, business processes, and system processes;Test application code;Perform testing on system changes to meet user-defined requirements, weekly.Required Skills: Angular, React.
