Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship, particularly in Angular development.
* Collaborate across multiple locations and time zones to deliver high-quality software solutions.
* Design and develop applications using the .NET stack, Angular (version 15-18), and microservices architecture.
* Work in an Agile environment using tools such as Azure DevOps and OpenShift.
* Understand and implement API integrations and microservices-based solutions.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, tailoring content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment and work independently when required.
Required Qualifications
* 5-10 years of experience in financial services technology.
* Proven experience with .NET Core, C#, Angular (preferably versions 15-18), microservices, and API development.
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Azure DevOps and OpenShift.
* Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Business, or a related discipline.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams across organizational boundaries.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience teaching or mentoring team members in Angular development.
* Familiarity with enterprise-level software development and integration practices.
