Net Full Stack DeveloperLocation- Downtown Manhattan, NYThis role will initially be remote but will require onsite visits at various locations in the NYC area in the future. Standard business hours.Candidate will be developing and testing for a loosely coupled platform, event driven architecture with a heavy focus on search and resiliency. This role will be a focus initially on developing services and automation testing, but the resource will be required to also work with various UI technologies as needed.Experience/Responsibilities• Full stack developer with specialized focus on developing and testing C# services and applications (i.e.
.Net Core and Kubernetes are preferred)• Building web API service utilizing JSON and ASP.NET Core• Building back message processing service utilizing C# and message queueing systems such as Service Bus, MQ Series and Kafka• Building services that query Elastic Search• Define and build API applications tests for web services (4+ years) utilizing JMeter and Visual Studio Test• Building user experience using Modern Web App framework experience (i.e. React), Windows platform (WPF/UWP) and/or iOS applications using Xamarin.• Ability to work on a small agile team developing applications, services, automated test and that will be utilized by multiple devices.• Required to have:o.Net Core C# experienceo JSON based API building experience using C#o Experience that query Elastic Searcho JMETER experienceo DevOps experience (prefer Azure DevOps)o Experience with team utilizing CI/CD that includes automation testing in the pipelineso Virtualization and containerization using Docker and Kuberneteso Creation of CI/CD pipelines for Azure Dev Opso Cloud experience (prefer Azure)o Developing Kafka message consumers and producerso Elastic APM and Kibana experience
