Job Title:.NET Developer with WPFLocation: Charlotte, NC (Local Candidates Only) Visa: USC/GC Only Interview: Video Interview (Ex-BOA candidates preferred)Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled C#.NET Software Engineer with recent WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) experience to join our team supporting Balance Sheet Management technology within Corporate Treasury. The developer will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, debugging, and enhancing regulatory reporting applications, while closely collaborating with business partners to define requirements.This is an individual contributor role requiring a strong background in full lifecycle software development and enterprise-level architecture. Candidates with prior Bank of America experience are strongly preferred.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, enhance, and maintain applications using C#/.NET and WPF.Develop and optimize regulatory reporting solutions for Balance Sheet Management.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.Write and maintain technical documentation.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues.Support corporate systems architecture and integration initiatives.Contribute to Agile/SCRUM processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Ensure compliance with change-control procedures in a regulated environment.Required Skills & Experience7+ years of professional experience with C# or F#.NET development (new projects or major enhancements, not just maintenance).3+ years of recent hands-on experience with WPF.Proficiency with SQL Server Management Studio.Experience in creating reports using MicroStrategy or Tableau.Experience with REST Web Services (preferred).Familiarity with Linux (PuTTY, navigation, bash scripting) (a plus).Exposure to SCRUM/Agile development methodologies.Knowledge of database design, development, and implementation.Intermediate knowledge of MSBuild, NuGet package administration, and automated build/deployment strategies.Experience working in highly regulated, change-controlled environments is highly desirable.Preferred QualificationsPrior work experience at Bank of America.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and documentation skills.
