Job TitleRequired consultant experience provided by Contractor, shall include:• Minimum 8 years’ experience developing in:C#ASP.NETADO.NET N-Tier Architecture Development, strong experience with Microsoft Visual Studio version 2010 or higherPreferred Experience:SQL ProgrammingHTML/XHTMLXMLWeb ServicesJAVATFS (Team Foundation Server).Net MVC and Mobile Friendly ProgrammingImplementing registration and authentication solutions using Active DirectoryProject ManagementWorking with the Department’s web and document processing applicationsChange Management, Capacity Management, Release Management, Configuration Management and other ISO/ITIL related processes.Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Analysis, Physical and Logical Design, Resource Planning, Code development, Testing, Implementation and Maintenance.Working in a project-oriented environmentExperience working with customers to translate business needs into recommended processes and technical design optionsExperience working with customers to translate requirements into technical designExperience researching investigating problems, reporting findings/recommendations clearly and effectively to team, and developing viable solutions to solve the problemsRequired Duties and Responsibilities of Consultant shall include but are not limited to:Creates and enhances business applications as necessary, generally web applications in.Net platform, but additional applications categories and platforms may be required.Troubleshoots and resolves incidents and issues identified for the assigned or known applicationsIdentifies, prioritizes, resolves, documents, and communicates technical and operational issues related to internal software applications.Demonstrates a willingness to engage with end users in a highly professional and helpful manner.Meet with business departments to provide solutions and assist in the architect development to meet their business and end-user needs.Collaborates with other team members effectively.Answer FAQs.Knowledge transfer to technical staff.Creates system documentation and other artifacts.Properly estimate work efforts and technical challenges (scoping projects)
