All of the actual claim work is done in a separate software, but the employees enter information for tracking when they open a claim, put a claim on hold, close a claim, go to lunch etc. – this provides notifications to Managers if its taking longer that it should to work on a customer claim to ensure that they have strong customer experience. 15k users using it at the same time and is utilized 24x7 (India, US, Ireland and others) –Application was adopted about a year ago, but it was built by a third party consulting company and they didn’t build or provide any documentation on the design/architecture.
