We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build and maintain our Foundation platform - a full-stack enterprise system powering government workforce
management. You'll work across the entire stack, from database migrations to micro-frontend modules, shipping features that serve public-sector organizations
nationwide.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement features end-to-end using SP.NET Core Web API (.NET 8) on the backend and Angular 16+ on the frontend
- Work within a CQRS / Domain-Driven Design architecture with clearly separated command and query sides
- Build and optimize SQL Server schemas, stored procedures, and database migrations across multiple databases
- Contribute to our single-spa micro-frontend architecture, enabling independent deployment of UI modules
- Write meaningful unit and integration tests using xUnit
- Collaborate on background processing pipelines using Hangfire
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in C# / .NET 8 and Angular (TypeScript)
- Solid experience with SQL Server (writing and tuning queries, migrations, schema design)
- Familiarity with CQRS, DDD, or event-driven architectural patterns
- Experience with Entity Framework
- Comfort working in a large, multi-project solution with dependency injection (Autofac or similar)
- Understanding of JWT-based authentication (Auth0 experience is a plus)
