We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Core Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of mission-critical web applications and backend services. In this role, you will collaborate with business analysts and cross-functional teams within an Agile environment to build scalable, high-performance software solutions following modern architectural patterns and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
• Architect, develop, and maintain secure enterprise web applications and backend services using C#, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and RESTful Web APIs.
• Build responsive, modern front-end user interfaces utilizing HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and frameworks such as Blazor, Angular, or React.
• Implement robust software design patterns and multi-tier architectures to ensure code reusability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Author and execute comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure high software quality and reliability.
• Partner with project managers and business systems analysts to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
• Participate actively in all Agile/Scrum ceremonies, code reviews, and technical documentation efforts.

Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of professional experience in full-stack .NET web application development.
• Extensive hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and SQL databases.
• Strong proficiency in modern front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and UI frameworks (Angular, Blazor, or React).
• Deep understanding of tiered architecture, system design patterns, and automated testing frameworks.
• Proven track record delivering software within Agile/Scrum development lifecycles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business discussions.
• Must be currently based in the Richmond, VA area and able to work onsite 3 days per week.

Required / Desired Skills
• Web Application development experience and fluency with JavaScript including frameworks jQuery, React, Angular or Blazor, CSS3 and HTML5 Required - 10 Years
• Experience with Automated Builds using Microsoft Team Foundation Required - 10 Years
• Experience with Oracle SQL Server Database Required - 7 Years
• Experience with PL/SQL and using Oracle Database Required - 7 Years
• Experience with Process automation and troubleshooting Required - 7 Years
