***Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Application Developer to monitor, analyze, design, and develop software applications across our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining Crystal Reports, Forms, Widgets, Power Apps, and .NET applications/services, alongside extensive SQL database development and support.

You will work with both custom-in-house software and vendor/commercial solutions to ensure reliable, high-quality IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Application Design & Development: Analyze business needs and assist in defining technical specifications. Design, code, compile, test, debug, and implement .NET applications, services, and reports.
• Database & Report Engineering: Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, and schema structures. Build and maintain Crystal Reports, forms, and custom widgets.
• Systems Maintenance & Support: Serve as an IT Subject Matter Expert (SME). Maintain, support, and upgrade existing systems and software solutions to ensure continuous operation.
• Solution Architecture: Analyze customer requirements and business processes to recommend efficient, scalable systems and programming solutions.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team environment, taking lead or supporting technical roles depending on project scope.

Key Qualifications
• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field or 5+ years of hands-on application development experience.
• Core Technical Skills:
- SQL & Database Development: Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including RDBMS design, stored procedures, user-defined functions (UDFs), views, table structures, triggers, and transactions.
- Reporting Tools: Extensive experience developing and optimizing Crystal Reports.
- .NET & C#: Proficiency in C#.NET and the .NET web framework ecosystem.
- Version Control: Experience using Azure DevOps or similar code versioning tools.
• Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
- Knowledge of healthcare/hospital Electronic Health Record (EHR) processes and workflows (e.g., eMAR, order entry, medication dispensing, assessments, ADT).
- Exposure to specialized health IT systems (such as MyAvatar, RxConnect, or Dentrix).

Location & Eligibility Requirements
• Location: Must be local to the Metro Atlanta area for hybrid work flexibility.

Required / Desired Skills
