Candidate must have Oracle/Sql Server db skillset. Sound realtime knowledge in Agile methodology of software development. Solid understanding of software development life cycles. Willingness to learn and work on new technologies and automation tools.
Adapt at all aspects of web and technical support. Candidate should have basic hands on experience with ServiceNow for ticketing. Candidate must have confident in interacting with clients/customers over call and coordinate with respective teams, if needed to get the work done within deadline.
