- Analyzing requirements, contributing to technical design, troubleshooting
- Collaborating with stakeholders for efficient, scalable, user-friendly solutions
- Working with vendors Black Mountain Everest team and Markit’s WSO team to understand features and report issues
- Implementing and testing updates/patches for Everest or WSO applications to ensure stability
