Requirements
- Looking for someone with exp in.net C# stack
- Interested in stepping into architecture position - most likely a Sr Architect might not want to be as hands on in development so open to Sr/Leads who want to take on a new role and challenge
- Knowledge of design - they will be very hands on developing - possibly even train on the C# development side to team
- Wants cloud experience ideally Azure
- Mobile side (Maui and Blazor)
- Faster to go to deployment using Blazor
