Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Architect with expertise in Microsoft technologies and Generative AI. The role will lead enterprise solution architecture, define scalable technology strategies, and drive innovation across modern Microsoft ecosystems. It requires deep expertise in cloud‑native architecture, hands‑on experience with Azure and .NET platforms, and the ability to embed GenAI capabilities into enterprise solutions.

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted technology advisor, bridging business objectives with advanced architecture design, enabling intelligent automation, and ensuring high‑quality, scalable, future‑ready solutions.

Primary Skill Set – Must Have

• Architecture & Technical Leadership: Deep architectural expertise in .NET, .NETCore, Angular, and Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
• Enterprise‑scale Cloud‑native & AI‑powered Solutions: Proven experience designing enterprise‑scale cloud‑native and AI‑powered solutions on Azure.
• Microservices & API‑first Architecture: Strong command of microservices, API‑first architecture, event‑driven systems, and security frameworks.
• GenAI Architecture: Hands‑on experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering frameworks, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), and enterprise adoption patterns.
• Azure AI Platforms: Experience working with Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Databricks, and AI/ML platforms.
• Reference Architectures: Ability to define reference architectures, reusable frameworks, and best practices for scalable delivery.
• AI, Data & GenAI Integration: Strong experience designing AI/ML pipelines, MLOps, and real‑time data processing architectures.
• GenAI Implementations: Expertise in conversational AI, document intelligence, and intelligent automation.
• Vector Databases & AI Orchestration: Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Embedded Decisioning: Ability to embed AI‑driven decisioning and automation into business workflows.
• Solution Design Governance: Strong experience translating business requirements into scalable solution architectures.
• Architecture Governance & Decision‑making: Ownership of architecture governance, design reviews, and technical decision‑making.
• Scalability & Performance: Ability to ensure scalability, performance, security, compliance, and reliability across solutions.
• Technology Roadmaps: Experience defining technology roadmaps, modernization strategies, and future‑state architectures.

Secondary Skill Set – Good to Have

• Cloud & DevOps: Strong familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure‑as‑code (ARM, Terraform, Bicep).
• Cost Optimization & Observability: Experience in cloud cost optimization, monitoring, reliability engineering, and observability frameworks.
• Responsible AI & Ethics: Exposure to responsible AI, AI governance frameworks, and ethical AI practices.
• Multi‑model AI Architectures: Experience in multimodel AI architectures and AI orchestration strategies.
• Consulting Mindset: Strong consulting mindset with ability to engage business stakeholders and drive solution adoption.
• Mentoring: Experience mentoring technical architects, leads, and engineering teams.
• Strategic Influence: Ability to influence technology strategy at enterprise and client levels.

Compensation

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, performance, and internal equity.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors such as job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation such as an annual performance‑based bonus, sales incentive pay, and other bonus or variable compensation may also be provided.
