- Seeking a Nephrologist to work in Lake Charles, LA to diagnose and manage patients with acute and chronic kidney diseases, including hypertension, fluid, electrolyte, and acid-base disorders.
- Provides care for patients with end-stage renal disease, including dialysis management and pre- and post-kidney transplant care.
- Performs nephrology-related procedures including kidney biopsies, placement of temporary vascular access, and ultrasonography of the kidneys.
- Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provides inpatient and outpatient consultations and follow-up care for nephrology patients.
- Engages in quality improvement initiatives to optimize clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Mentors residents and other healthcare team members.
- Remains current with advances in nephrology and adopt best practices. Benefits Details
