What You'll Do
  • Lead and deliver comprehensive neonatal care in a Level III NICU with 35 beds.
  • Manage a high-acuity neonatal population, with an average daily census of 25-29 infants.
  • Support annual NICU admissions ( 370-400) and deliveries ( 3,400-3,900).
  • Perform advanced neonatal interventions such as high-frequency ventilation and therapeutic hypothermia.
  • Participate in well-baby rounding twice a month in collaboration with Family Medicine Residency.
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team of 4 Neonatologists and collaborate with experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners.
  • Engage with pediatric subspecialists including Cardiology, Surgery, Ophthalmology, and Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
  • Contribute to a family-centered, community-focused neonatal program with academic support.
  • Provide leadership and influence in a supportive, regional referral setting.

What You Need
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
  • Residency within the local area may be required.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a rotating schedule.
