Pay & Benefits

• Compensation: $525,000 - $600,000 annually (based on experience)

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive maternal-fetal medicine care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Manage high-risk pregnancies with advanced diagnostics, including ultrasound and genetic testing
• Perform specialized procedures such as fetal echo and chorionic villus sampling (CVS)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including OB hospitalists, neonatologists, and pediatric specialists
• Support outreach clinics across the Pacific Northwest and Alaska
• Contribute to quality improvement and clinical research initiatives
• Mentor OB/GYN residents and trainees in a teaching environment
• Participate in postpartum care and manage complex fetal conditions

What You Need

• Medical license in Washington (or eligible for licensure)
• Board certification or eligibility in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in MFM; new graduates considered with strong clinical background
• Excellent diagnostic and procedural skills in fetal medicine
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and a high-acuity clinical environment
