What You ll Do
- Provide specialized neonatal intensive care in a 92-bed Level IV NICU within a major regional referral center
- Manage critically ill and premature newborns using state-of-the-art equipment and evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, NNPs, and pediatric specialists
- Participate in 24/7 in-house coverage, rounding, and on-call duties
- Support and mentor resident rotations in neonatal care
- Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Engage deeply in family-centered care, ensuring effective communication and compassionate support
- Work within a large healthcare network offering strong institutional support
- Promote physician wellness through organized schedules and team collaboration
What You Need
- Valid medical license in Georgia or eligibility to obtain one
- Board Certified or Eligible in Neonatology
- Prior experience in a Level III/IV NICU preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
