- Competitive Salary Starting at: $265,000 annually, with annual increases

- Provide coverage at two Level III NICUs: Mercy Hospital (43 beds, ADC 29) and Norman Regional Hospital (26 beds, ADC 14)
- Offer neonatology services including HFOV, jet ventilation, and subspecialty support
- Collaborate with a team of six neonatologists within a private practice model
- Deliver high-quality care for neonates in a supportive environment
- Participate in approximately 10 shifts per month, sharing responsibilities with experienced team members
- Coordinate with hospital staff and subspecialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Engage in a community-oriented hospital setting that values work-life balance and professional growth
Required:
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Neonatology
- Oklahoma Medical License (or ability to obtain)
Preferred:
- Experience in Level III NICU settings is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration ability
