Opportunity Highlights
- 25-bed unit
- Level III NICU
- Approximately 160 deliveries per month
- Care for a wide range of neonatal patients
- Collaborative, team-based care model

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical care to newborns in a Level III NICU, including premature and critically ill infants
- Attend high-risk deliveries and perform neonatal resuscitation as indicated
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of neonatal conditions
- Perform neonatal procedures within scope of practice
- Collaborate with NNPs, pediatricians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
- Communicate effectively with families regarding clinical status and treatment plans
- Document patient care accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in shared call coverage and team-based responsibilities
Ideal Candidate
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
- Strong clinical expertise in NICU care
- Commitment to collaborative, team-based practice
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Dedication to high-quality, evidence-based medicine
