• Shift: Day shifts with home-based night call, 24/7 in-house NNP coverage

• License/Certifications: Medical license in Kentucky strongly preferred; board-certified in Neonatology
• Experience: Open to new graduates; experienced neonatologists preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (equivalent to competitive salary structure)

What You ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care for infants in a 32-bed Level III NICU
• Manage care for babies from a busy obstetric service supporting roughly 4,000 deliveries annually
• Support and perform neonatal procedures with hands-on expertise
• Collaborate with a team of 2 Neonatologists and 2 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners during daytime hours
• Participate in home-based night call while ensuring in-house coverage between shifts
• Work within a team-oriented, supportive environment with a focus on high-quality, compassionate care
• Engage in mentorship and professional growth opportunities, especially valuable for new graduates

What You Need:

• Medical license in Kentucky (or eligible to obtain)
• Board certification or eligibility in Neonatology
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Residency training in Neonatology
