What You ll Do:
- Provide expert neonatal care in a 16-bed Level III NICU environment
- Manage an average of 7-8 critically ill and premature newborns daily
- Attend and manage high-risk deliveries and postnatal care
- Collaborate with Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Provide family-centered, evidence-based neonatal care
- Potential leadership opportunities for qualified candidates
- Contribute to excellent neonatal outcomes and patient experience in a supportive setting
What You Need:
- MD/DO fully licensed or eligible to practice in Georgia
- Board certification or eligibility in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
- Successful completion of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine fellowship
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, family-focused environment
