What You ll Do:
  • Provide expert neonatal care in a 16-bed Level III NICU environment
  • Manage an average of 7-8 critically ill and premature newborns daily
  • Attend and manage high-risk deliveries and postnatal care
  • Collaborate with Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
  • Provide family-centered, evidence-based neonatal care
  • Potential leadership opportunities for qualified candidates
  • Contribute to excellent neonatal outcomes and patient experience in a supportive setting

What You Need:
  • MD/DO fully licensed or eligible to practice in Georgia
  • Board certification or eligibility in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
  • Successful completion of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine fellowship
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, family-focused environment
