- MD or DO degree
- Fellowship training in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
- Eligible for an unrestricted Ohio medical license and DEA certification
- Strong commitment to patient care, education, and teamwork
