NEONATOLOGIST - LEVEL II NICU University of Chicago Medicine Community Practice Chicago Suburb Position Highlights:
- Predictable Community Practice: Lower-acuity Level II and Special Care Nursery with an average daily census of 2-6 infants
- Work-Life Balance: Approximately eight 24-hour in-house shifts per month with self-scheduling and no additional home call
- Level II Neonatology: Care for infants down to 31 weeks with CPAP capability and transfer support from UChicago Medicine's Hyde Park campus

Qualifications :
- Certifications: BC/BE in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
- Licensure: Eligible for medical licensure in Indiana and Illinois
- Skillset: Comfortable with Level II neonatal care, CPAP and responding to the Emergency Department when needed
- Experience: Comfortable practicing independently, high acuity experience preferred
- Close to Chicago: Approximately 40 minutes from downtown
