What You'll Do
  • Provide expert neonatology coverage for a Level-III NICU with approximately 1,000 annual births
  • Deliver care for newborns in a 20-bed nursery with daily support from Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs)
  • Participate in a collaborative 3-physician neonatal staffing model
  • Conduct daily rounds and oversee the clinical management of critically ill and premature infants
  • Support admissions, stabilization, and ongoing care of neonatal patients
  • Collaborate with nursing staff, NNPs, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care
  • Support home-based call coverage as part of a flexible staffing model
  • Contribute to maintaining evidence-based practices in a modern, renovated facility
What You Need
  • Active medical license in Georgia
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
  • Prior NICU experience preferred but all qualified candidates considered
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical skills
