- Provide expert neonatology coverage for a Level-III NICU with approximately 1,000 annual births
- Deliver care for newborns in a 20-bed nursery with daily support from Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs)
- Participate in a collaborative 3-physician neonatal staffing model
- Conduct daily rounds and oversee the clinical management of critically ill and premature infants
- Support admissions, stabilization, and ongoing care of neonatal patients
- Collaborate with nursing staff, NNPs, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care
- Support home-based call coverage as part of a flexible staffing model
- Contribute to maintaining evidence-based practices in a modern, renovated facility
- Active medical license in Georgia
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
- Prior NICU experience preferred but all qualified candidates considered
- Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical skills
