The role:
- 74-bed Level IV NICU (plus coverage in a Level II unit) in a newly built 7-story critical care tower
- Critical care transport experience a plus
- 13 shifts/month, 12-hr shifts (24-hr option available), days/nights/weekends rotate no call now, none planned
- 8 FT + 8 moonlighting APPs highly collaborative team, engaged physicians
Compensation:
- $112K $180K DOE
- $ign-on bonus + relocation
- No state income tax (FL)

- Licensure, CME, and dues allowances
- Non-profit PSLF eligible
Required:
- Completion of a neonatology fellowship (1-year program) required for PA-C candidates
- Current, unrestricted PA license (or eligible)
- NCCPA national certification
- BLS + NRP certification (can obtain upon hire)
