What You ll Do:

• Provide neonatal critical care for high-risk and critically ill infants in a Level-III NICU setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatric specialists, and ancillary staff
• Manage patient care from delivery through stabilization and transfer when necessary
• Support neonatal transports staffed by specialized neonatal nurses and respiratory therapists
• Participate in family-centered healthcare delivery and support
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and uphold hospital policies

What You Need:

• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Board Certification (FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications not accepted)
• 2+ years of NICU experience (not suitable for new graduates or locum candidates)
• Valid Florida license and active Florida DEA registration
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR), specifically Epic preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment
